We are singularly focused on making fine wines from fastidiously farmed grapes. Our low-intervention approach honors the fruit that we organically farm. The resulting wines are balanced and savory, and well-suited for aging.

This summer sipper opens with rose petal, almond, Meyer lemon and coriander. The palate offers a mix of lively fruit flavors and herbaceous notes: grapefruit and wild strawberry intermingle with fennel pollen and dried sage. The finish somersaults with mouthwatering acidity as it lingers on the palate long after the wine is gone.

A vibrant red blend, composed primarily of Cabernet Franc. Expect black cherry, worn leather, sage, nutmeg and cranberry. The incredibly complex palate brings flavors of red currant, violet, thyme and just a hint of graphite. 73 cases produced.

A unique blend celebrating Zinfandel. The dark and brooding nose showcases black licorice, Sichuan peppercorn, hoisin and just a hint of vanilla. The lively palate opens up with Bing cherry, raspberry, rolling tobacco, and dried bay leaf that is bound together by precise tannins that melt away into a focused and elegant finish.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Opens with a powerful nose of Asian pear, brothy white miso and Meyer lemon, with hints of white pepper, coriander and fennel pollen. Flavors of toasted macadamia, pomelo and bouillon evolve to a seamlessly textured mid-palate that is carried throughout the stunningly long finish.

Sauvignon Blanc

An intoxicating nose filled with espresso, sage, lavender and wet earth introduce this savory Cabernet Franc. The palate sports flavors of blueberry, fig, citrus blossom and wild mint. The midpalate is round and supple, leading to a profound and lasting finish.


The 2019 Incantations deep garnet color reveals aromas of spicy blackberry, cocoa, star anise, and rolling tobacco. Densely packed flavors of black plum, currant, sandalwood, and cinnamon intermingle on the mid-palate that evolves to layered, and slightly chewy tannins on the lingering finish.

Violets, smoked brisket, Szechuan peppercorn, and sandalwood soar from the glass on this hedonistic blend. Flavors of blackberry, licorice, cinnamon and dark chocolate intermingle on the powerful mid-palate. Profound tannins introduce the stunningly long finish.

Blackberry, violet, scorched earth, and dried herbs soar from the glass, while stylish flavors of currant, cocoa powder, chipotle and seared filet mignon dance on the palate. The midpalate is juicy and silky as it is carried through to the finish by perfectly balanced acidity.

Paso Robles

Inspired by Right Bank Bordeaux, Limerick leads with brightly pitched aromas of strawberry, anise, coriander, and mulberry. The silky palate boasts flavors of red currant, cocoa powder, and chaparral as it leads to the elegant midpalate that is framed with fine grained tannins and an impressively long finish.
